When we deliver the products or books?
We process all deliveries on successful payment made on our website.
Does JPCONLINE deliver internationally?
JPCONLINE doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary from place to place?
Items which are labeled 'In Stock' on their respective product pages, are stocked in our warehouse and usually takes 2-3 business days to reach our customers. Products or Books which you can pre-book, and are labeled as 'Forthcoming' are dispatched on the release date of the particular product or book.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
How are the delivery charges charged?
Logistic charges will be implied as applicable. It differs from area and place etc.
What if we get damage products or books?
We accept return of goods only if it has a production damage, in that case we wil re-arrange the delivery.
